At OH Mobile Tech, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want every purchase to be worry-free, whether you choose a brand-new phone, a second-hand device, or accessories. This page explains our Return Policy, Exchange Options, and Warranty Coverage in simple, transparent terms.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You may return a product within 7 days from the date of purchase/delivery.

  • Condition: The product must be in its original state — unused, with original box, invoice, and all included accessories.

  • Inspection: Returned items will be carefully checked by our Staff members before approval.

  • Not Eligible for Return:

    • Products damaged due to mishandling, water damage, drops, or unauthorized repairs.

    • Devices with tampered seals, missing parts, or altered IMEI/serial numbers.

    • Personal-use accessories such as screen protectors, earphones, cables, and chargers.

    • Items marked as “Free Gift”, “Final Sale”, or “No Warranty/No Return” at purchase.

2. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • You can exchange your item within 7 days of purchase.

  • The product must meet the same conditions as listed under the Return Policy.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the replacement device is of higher value, you only need to pay the price difference.

  • If the replacement is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Cash, PayNow, or card).

  • For purchases made via instalments or third-party financing, refund timelines depend on the provider’s policy.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

4. Warranty Coverage

We provide warranty protection on all eligible devices:

  • Brand New Devices: Manufacturer’s warranty as per brand policy.

  • Second-Hand / Pre-Owned Devices: Covered under OH Mobile Tech Warranty.

    • Duration: [1 month Standard For Mobile Devices and Laptop]

    • Covers: Internal hardware and software defects.

    • Excludes: Physical damage, liquid damage, battery wear (normal over time), accidental drops, or issues caused by third-party repairs.

5. Warranty Claim Process

  2. Bring or ship the device to our store:

  3. Our team will inspect the device and advise if the warranty claim is valid.

  4. Depending on the issue, we will repair, replace, or offer an exchange as per warranty terms.

6. Important Notes

  • All warranty and return claims require the original invoice/receipt.

  • Please back up your data before returning or submitting a device for repair, as we are not responsible for data loss.

  • Devices sold under trade-in deals follow separate terms, explained at the time of transaction.
