At OH MOBILE TECH, we stand by the quality of our products. Every item we sell — whether new or used — is tested and backed by a limited warranty. Below is a breakdown of our return, exchange, and warranty terms.

 

What’s Covered Under Warranty

We offer warranty coverage for the following product types:

Note: Warranty terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or checkout.

 

What’s Not Covered

Your warranty and eligibility for exchange will be voided if any of the following are found:

 

  1. Water or moisture damage

  2. Physical damage (e.g., cracked screen, dents, heavy scratches)

  3. Software issues caused by third-party apps or unauthorized updates

  4. Any attempt to root, jailbreak, or tamper with the OS

  5. Device reset or alteration of internal components

  6. Use of unofficial or faulty chargers can cause damage

We do not cover cosmetic wear and tear or battery degradation over time, especially on used devices.

 

Exchange Policy

If you find a fault within your warranty period:

 

  1. Return the item to our shop at 28 Race Course Ln, Unit # 01-01A, Singapore 218746
  2. Our team will perform an on-site check.
  3. If approved, you’ll receive a 1-to-1 exchange, subject to available stock.
  4. If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit or an alternative device.

All exchanges must be made within the stated warranty period.
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

 

Return Conditions

 

  1. The item must be returned in its original condition with no software tampering.

  2. Bring your receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Accessories and freebies (if any) must not be returned.

  4. Devices that fail inspection will not be eligible for exchange.

 

Inspection & Processing Time

 

  1. In most cases, your device will be inspected on the spot.

  2. If further testing is needed, we may require up to 1 working day.

  3. Once verified, we’ll proceed with exchange or resolution immediately.
