Are your phones brand new and under warranty?

Yes. All smartphones sold by OH Mobile Tech are 100% brand new, sealed, and come with a local manufacturer’s warranty (unless clearly marked otherwise). Parallel import sets will be clearly indicated.

Are your phones new or refurbished?

We sell both brand new and refurbished phones. Each product listing clearly states whether the device is new (factory-sealed) or refurbished (professionally restored and tested). All refurbished phones are fully functional, come with a warranty, and are quality-checked to ensure excellent performance. Please check the product description before purchasing.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or malfunctioning product, contact us immediately with your order number, description of the issue, and photos/videos if possible. We’ll assess and arrange for a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
